Background
Nicole has long been fascinated by the intersection of physical and mental health. A background in nursing was a natural starting point for her career, but working as a mental health counselor is where she finds her greatest joy. Nicole recognizes that healing on a holistic level. Accordingly, clients can see improvement in their mental, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being. Nicole utilizes a client centered approach and believes each path to wellness is unique. With the heart of a healer and the ear of a confidant, Nicole is prepared to assist you on your journey.
Nicole is EMDR certified, NET certified, IFS Level 1 trained, and Brainspotting phase 2 trained. Her unique background provides an effective framework where clients quickly move into the processing phase of therapy. This methodology provides long-lasting results in a cost-effective manner.
Nicole holds a B.S. in nursing from Brigham Young University and a M.S. in counseling from Texas Tech University. She is licensed to practice in Utah, Idaho, & Georgia.
