Initial phone consultation
An initial phone consultation can be useful to see if our expertise is a good fit for your needs. It gives you a chance to assess compatibility, establish initial rapport, and discuss any concerns before fully committing to a session. Â

Intensives
Intensive sessions are concentrated, immersive experiences that promote faster breakthroughs and deeper emotional healing compared to weekly sessions. By minimizing distractions and allowing for continuous, focused work, these sessions can be helpful for those wanting results more rapidly.

Telehealth
For clients ​who are unable to meet in person, telehealth can be a viable option. A link to a secure site will be sent to you before our session along with any instructions. We are licensed to provide services into Utah, Texas, Idaho, and Georgia.
